The image of the sea scene, one of the unique features of Anan City, was created by dyeing Kozo paper in a gradation of colors using Hon Ai (Japanese traditional indigo). The lighting of the light wall is set up with a dimming system so that visitors can feel the refreshing sunlight in the morning to the evening scene.
